Who can enroll? 

​

Enrollment will be open to all students in grades K-2.

​

In accordance with s. 1002.33(10)(d), F.S., enrollment preferences will be given to the following student populations: 

​

  1. Students who are siblings of a student enrolled at the school 

  2. Students who are the children of a member of the Governing Board of the school 

  3. Students who are the children of an employee of the school 

  4. Students who are the children of an active-duty member of any branch of the United States Armed Forces. 

  5. Students who have successfully completed, during the previous year, a voluntary prekindergarten education program under ss. 1002.51-1002.79 provided by the charter school, the charter school’s governing board, or a voluntary prekindergarten provider that has a written agreement with the governing board. 

  6. Students who are the child of the School’s Safe School Officer which includes School Resource Officers, School Safety Officers, School Guardians or a School Security Guard.

The School shall comply with all state and federal laws, which prohibit discrimination and are designed to protect the civil rights of applicants, employees, and/or students, or other persons protected by applicable law. ​The School shall admit students to programs and classes without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national or ethnic origin, marital status, disability or handicap or sexual orientation.
CONTROLLED BORDER ENROLLMENT (Updated on January 15, 2023) Florida has an open borders policy. Controlled Open Enrollment allows a parent from any school district in the state to enroll his or her child in and transport his or her child to any public school, including charter schools, that has not reached capacity.
